What is the Title V program?
The Title V program places income-eligible individuals in subsidized positions with area non-profit organizations. Its goal is that each participant be hired into meaningful employment.
Who qualifies?
Participants must be age 55 or older, meet income eligibility criteria, and must be seeking training for employment opportunities.
